Michelle Carchrae has worked as a Volunteer Phone Counselor at Childline and as a Training Developer and Call Centre Trainer, but the job she loves best is her current role as stay-at-home mom and Freelance Writer. Michelle has given presentations on Baby Sign Language and The Happiest Toddler on the Block at the Cruiser Drop-In group at the Vancouver North Community Health Center. Michelle has also written for dailymantra.com and Helium.com. Michelle is also the creator of The Parent Vortex, an attachment parenting blog, and posts regular updates on twitter (@TheParentVortex).
Michelle has written her personal blog, clearbluecup, for seven years, lived in Ireland for four years, and has been writing journals, short stories and poems for as long as she can remember. She spends her time these days writing, spinning yarns and knitting as fast as her fingers will allow. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
